Beginning March 2020, I am offering video therapy sessions (telehealth). During the pandemic I became convinced that video therapy provides a surprisingly effective environment for meaningful therapeutic connection and work, along with increased confidentiality and ideal convenience for patients. I understand if you have doubts, I did too, but I sincerely hope you will give it a try and see for yourself.
